The brand moved into online sales in 2008 to market its full range of leisure products. In 2013, it began planning a redesign of its online platform to support its growth. The existing e-commerce solution was showing its limits, both technically and functionally. It was time for the Trigano team to adopt a tool that could support its ambitions. The Trigano group also wanted to use the migration to a new platform to carry out a complete redesign: new technology, new features, new visual identity.

Growth opportunities with Magento Enterprise and Synolia

For this large-scale project, Trigano Store paid particular attention to choosing the right partner. It quickly settled on Synolia, given its strong specialization in the chosen technology: Magento.

Magento Enterprise, for its part, was the obvious choice thanks to its rich functionality and scalable architecture, ideal for a project of this size.

The project kicked off with a clear goal: be ready for the summer season, when Trigano Store generates a significant share of its revenue.

The e-commerce project required a platform capable of handling growing traffic and a steady rise in order volume, along with optimized synchronization with the information system.

Synolia quickly got to grips with the project’s challenges. To do so, it put ongoing support in place, drawing on the expertise of the Synolia teams.

Optimizing e-commerce performance

Synolia and Trigano designed a setup focused on performance, whether technical, functional, or commercial.

A trio with a single goal: absorb the e-commerce site’s traffic to better serve online shoppers. A real plus for the Trigano team, which can handle traffic spikes and offer its customers an optimal browsing experience. Peak periods are absorbed with complete peace of mind!

Toward optimized inventory management

Building on Trigano’s Movex ERP and Magento data flows, synchronization was optimized with SynoSync, the synchronization tool developed by Synolia’s R&D team. Everything is designed to strongly support the group’s growth: time savings through automation, fewer errors, and greater responsiveness, with accurate delivery times.

Toward higher sales

As part of its sales promotion strategy, Synolia’s teams developed custom modules such as flash sales, smart product associations, and more.

Steering performance

Ready2Clic, a packaged analytics (BI) solution based on QlikView, is integrated into the Magento platform to simplify analysis and performance tracking for the Trigano Store site. Thanks to its ease of use, cross-referencing all the data is just a few clicks away.

Trigano’s teams can therefore monitor all of the site’s activities at a glance, giving them a head start on competitors and helping them anticipate future e-commerce challenges.

A sign of strong mutual trust!

Today, Trigano Store is significantly improving its performance at every level. The brand can now think bigger and look further ahead. It is well positioned to meet its customers’ needs and the Trigano group’s objectives.

A great collaboration has grown between Synolia and Trigano: teamwork built on trust that has already paid off.

And they are not stopping there: exciting new projects are already underway, such as the responsive redesign of Trigano Store. A new adventure that Synolia is delighted to lead with Trigano, which has become more than a client: a true partner.

"Synolia is Trigano's main e-commerce partner. Synolia's expertise enabled us to successfully adopt this new technical approach to e-commerce. This redesign represented a major strategic change for our organization, at the technical level as well as for our internal teams and partners."
