Europe: our teams in France

Synolia was founded in France in 2004. Our offices in Lyon, Paris, Bordeaux, Rennes and Strasbourg run OroCommerce projects for manufacturers and distributors across Europe, in French and English.

Among them: France Air, Trigano, Vivre en Bois and Tini Group.

The Americas: our team in Santiago, Chile

Our Santiago team serves North and Latin America on US business hours, in English and Spanish. Santiago is 0 to 2 hours ahead of New York depending on the season, so workshops, daily meetings and releases happen during your working day.

Projects in the Americas include Cambium Networks and RDP Foodservice in the United States, and ALDO in Uruguay.

Both teams belong to the same company and share the same OroCommerce know-how, methods and quality standards, so a project can start in one region and roll out in the other.

Working with Oro since day one

When Oro Inc. launched OroCommerce, it built the platform together with a small circle of international partners, its Core Partner Program. Synolia was part of it from the start, as the only French partner dedicated to B2B ecommerce on OroCommerce.

In 2019, Synolia became the first OroCommerce integrator in the world to reach Gold Partner status, the highest level of recognition Oro awards.

OroCommerce was built for B2B by members of Magento’s founding team, and we have followed it since its first version. Dozens of projects later, we know its B2B features, its extension points and its upgrade path inside out.

Which Synolia team will run my OroCommerce project?

It depends on where your teams and customers are. Projects in Europe are run from our offices in France, in French or English. Projects in North and Latin America are run from Santiago, Chile, on US business hours, in English or Spanish. For international rollouts, both teams work together.

Is Synolia an official OroCommerce partner?

Yes. Synolia has worked with Oro since the launch of OroCommerce, as a member of its Core Partner Program, and became the world’s first OroCommerce Gold Partner in 2019. Synolia is also an Akeneo Gold Partner, which helps on B2B projects with large or complex catalogs.

Which ERP systems do you connect to OroCommerce?

Most B2B projects connect OroCommerce to an ERP for prices, stock, customers and orders. We have built OroCommerce integrations with NetSuite for Cambium Networks and with Acumatica for RDP Foodservice, and we connect OroCommerce to Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One and other ERPs through Oro’s APIs or an integration platform.
