Our SugarCRM training courses are tailored to your business and your challenges. Delivered on-site or remotely, they are led by a certified trainer who guides you throughout the day. We give your users and administrators the keys to use SugarCRM easily and effectively.
In our user training, we help your key users understand the mechanisms set up in SugarCRM. Defined upfront in workshops, these mechanisms are fully aligned with your business processes. The result: your teams are operational as soon as the CRM goes live, which drives fast, effective adoption. And because SugarCRM keeps evolving, we also offer training for your more advanced users so they can discover the latest features and help you unlock their full potential. Our goal: give you concrete solutions tailored to your functional needs.
Each participant immediately puts the advice into practice through exercises tailored to their role. We also make time to answer all your questions. Finally, we train internal champions so they can pass on best practices to their own teams.
