Entrust your CRM implementation project to Synolia, your CRM integrator

You want to roll out a CRM in your organization, and it is a strategic project. There is no room for error, and choosing the right integrator is critical.

There are dozens of CRM solutions today and, for each one, dozens of potential partners. That adds up to thousands of possible combinations for implementing your CRM. So how do you identify the winning combination, the one that will help you reach your goals?

Why choose Synolia for your CRM project?

With nearly 20 years of experience in auditing, consulting on and implementing CRM projects, we bring solid expertise that drives the success of the CRM projects of the organizations and companies we support.

From the largest to the smallest, our CRM projects succeed!

We work with large groups with several hundred users as well as with smaller organizations with a more modest number of users. There are no limits to the CRM projects we can manage. We take them on regardless of:

  • Project size: whether the relational model is simple or complex, with or without integrations, with a middleware implementation…
  • The number of stakeholders and users: whether we work with our customer, its decentralized IT team or its software vendors (website, ERP…). We align with the specifications, the schedules…

  • Industry. We actually love discovering new businesses and new processes. It is in our DNA to design the most efficient solutions to digitize and professionalize your management processes.
  • Delivery approach, whether a traditional V-model or an agile methodology.

As a result, every one of our projects has ended in a successful rollout. Here is a testimonial from one of our customers:

“Throughout this support engagement, Synolia showed a very good understanding of our challenges and was able to propose the right solutions.”

A closer look at the specifications phase, the foundation of the project

The specifications phase is the first major milestone of a CRM project (before development, configuration, testing, go-live and training). In short, the specifications describe all of the project’s requirements, on which every stakeholder must be aligned. To gather information and lead our discussions, we use proven, winning methods: specification workshops where we challenge your teams to capture your real needs. The overall goal of the specifications is to gather and formalize:

  • The information needed to build the data model and the relational model (for example, it must be possible to link several contacts to one account)
  • Business use cases and precise business rules (tied to the use cases), to meet your specific business needs (sales, customer service and marketing) and technical needs (integrations)

We care deeply about producing high-quality specifications. They must be clear both to your project group (including sales reps, marketing managers and/or members of your customer service team) and to our developers, who will address your specific needs. That is why each requirement must be expressed both as a use case and as a business rule.

Fully transparent project tracking

All CRM project information (data and business rules under discussion or validated in workshops) and all project components (schedule, action plan, use cases, acceptance test plan…) are shared. This transparency is a major asset to:

  • Follow our current or validated thinking,
  • Align on needs and on functional and technical answers
  • Have use cases that double as test cases
  • Save time by focusing on what remains to be done
  • Secure on-time, high-quality delivery

We encourage you to release your requirements to production in several phases. This avoids the tunnel effect (long stretches with nothing delivered) and builds a CRM culture faster within your user community.

We help you define a reasonable data scope. The data model should not be cluttered with data that will be rarely or never used (and therefore of no use for marketing actions, for example) or that will not be kept up to date.
