Since 2017, Habitat has been helping local governments (in Canada) build a sustainable and prosperous future for people and biodiversity. This consulting firm delivers solutions designed to protect nature, manage land sustainably, and restore natural or modified ecosystems. To do so, it offers its clients a full range of studies, analyses, and reports. To bring its internal organization into line, the company wanted to roll out collaborative software for every department and every line of business. Habitat’s teams chose monday.com, and we supported them in setting up the tool and a few integrations tailored to their internal processes…

An application performs best when it integrates with the other tools in the information system. It can then pull in additional data automatically and give the company’s departments a consolidated view of the information. For Habitat, we recommended integrating monday.com with Clockify to improve time tracking and deliver a better user experience (for project managers). Our teams then built several scenarios in Make to fully automate the creation of projects and tasks and the import of time entries.
